GAC Aion's Hyper's Quark Electric Drive 2.0 Rolls Off the Line with Impressive Features

According to the introduction, it adopts amorphous alloy stator + carbon fiber high-speed rotor materials, the rotational speed can reach 30,000 rpm, the motor power density is 13 kW/kg, and the motor efficiency is 98.5%, and the rotational speed, power density, and motor efficiency are all claimed to be the highest in the world.

The official introduction stated that this motor can increase the range by 31 miles (about 50 kilometers) for pure electric models without adding a battery. In the future, for extended-range models without using a large fuel tank, the range can be increased by 93 miles (about 150 kilometers), and it can bring the same range as a two-wheel-drive model for four-wheel-drive models, saving 90 billion kWh of electricity per year. It is known that Quark Electric Drive 2.0 (amorphous alloy motor) will be soon equipped on products of Hyper.

Earlier this month, Hyper also released a new generation of intelligent digital chassis, realizing the world's first vehicle skipping rope, and being able to achieve tiger-style U-turn without four motors, with a minimum turning radius of 11 feet (about 3.4 meters), reducing the minimum turning radius by 40%. This chassis is equipped with the industry's first integrated electronic differential lock, claiming that it can easily get out of trouble even with two wheels suspended.

At present, the Hyper car brand has launched several models, including the pure electric mid-large car Hyper GT (the guidance price range is 203,900 to 259,900 yuan), the pure electric mid-large SUV Hyper HT (the guidance price range is 213,900 to 329,900 yuan), and the pure electric sports car Hyper SSR (the guidance price range is 1,286,000 to 1,686,000 yuan).
