In some vehicles within the scope of this recall, incorrect communication modules are installed, and the communication modules cannot accurately calculate the location of the vehicle. When an emergency call is triggered, the vehicle location sent to the Mercedes-Benz emergency call center may be deviated, resulting in delayed rescue in the event of an accident and potential safety hazards.

Mercedes-Benz (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. and Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. will replace the communication module free of charge for the vehicles within the recall range through Mercedes-Benz authorized dealers to eliminate potential safety hazards.
