Xiaomi's Car SU7 Series Completes Delivery of 10,000 Units, Plans 100,000 Units This Year

According to Caixin, sources from multiple independent sources revealed that Xiaomi's Beijing factory plans to start double shifts in June, with full production capacity expected to increase to nearly 20,000 units per month. At the same time, the area of Fangxindian Village where Xiaomi's car factory Phase II is located has entered the demolition stage. Xiaomi's first model SU7 was officially launched on March 28, with prices starting at RMB 215,900. It comes in three versions: SU7, SU7 Pro, and SU7 Max. Official data shows that the car broke the 10,000 mark in 4 minutes of its launch, 20,000 in 7 minutes, 50,000 in 27 minutes, and a total of 88,898 units in 24 hours. On May 1st, Xiaomi announced that the April delivery volume of Xiaomi SU7 reached 7,058 units (the first delivery on April 3), and the cumulative locked order volume also reached 88,063 units. As of the time of this publication, Xiaomi's SU7 Standard edition is expected to be delivered in 29-32 weeks after locking the order, SU7 Pro in 30-33 weeks, and SU7 Max in 33-36 weeks.
