Samsung Releases 512GB BARPlus and FITPlus USB 3.2 Flash Drives (2024 Version)

Samsung has now released the 512GB capacity BARPlus and FITPlus two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A interface flash drives (2024 version) on August 9, reported by TapTechNews.

Among them, BARPlus has a streamlined design with three dimensions of 15.46 × 40.05 × 12.02mm, and two color options available, champagne silver and deep space gray. FITPlus adopts a closely fitting design with three dimensions of 23.60 × 18.80 × 7.30mm, and only includes the gray version.

Samsung stated that the new 512GB BARPlus/FITPlus can provide a maximum sequential read speed of 400MB/s, and it only takes 9 seconds to transfer a 4GB 4K video file.

In addition, the bodies of both products have five protections such as waterproof, shockproof, magnetic-proof, tolerance to high and low temperatures (TapTechNews note: operating temperature range 0°C to +60°C), and anti-X-ray interference, enhancing the security of data storage.

The 512GB capacity BARPlus/FITPlus USB 3.2 flash drives (2024) from Samsung both have a 5-year warranty, and currently are priced at $418 and $449 respectively on the official website.
