Pine64's New Quartz64Zero Single-Board Computer with Impressive Features

TapTechNews July 13th news, Pine64 has newly launched the Quartz64Zero single-board computer, equipped with the Rockchip RK3566T processor, and the community version is priced at 15 US dollars (TapTechNews note: currently about 109 RMB).

The Quartz64Zero adopts a 1.6GHz quad-core 64-bit ARM Cortex-A55 CPU and an embedded 32-bit RISC-V CPU, is equipped with 1GB of LPDDR4 memory, and can optionally choose the eMMC module with a maximum support of 128GB expansion. Users can expand the storage through the MicroSD card.

The single-board computer is equipped with the Mali-G52-2EE GPU graphics processor, supports 4K output at 60fps, and can use the open-source Panfrost driver. In addition, it includes a 4Kp60 10-bit HDMI port for convenient high-resolution video output.

In terms of connectivity, the Quartz64Zero supports 802.11B/G/N/AX Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.4. The physical connections on the circuit board include a USB3.0 host port, a custom PCIe connector, and a 40-pin GPIO bus that supports I2C, SPI, and UART.

Pine64 promises to support the Quartz64Zero at least until 2028 to ensure the long-term availability of various applications. In addition, Pine64 also provides customization options for commercial orders, including different DRAM capacities, on-board eMMC, and the addition of an Ethernet port.
