TapTechNews reported in June that Microsoft officially brought Xbox Game Pass Ultimate cloud gaming to Fire TV devices in more than 25 countries and regions, allowing players to enjoy more games without the need for a console.

In July this year, Microsoft first launched the official Xbox TV app for Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K and Fire TV Stick 4K Max, and Microsoft Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can play Xbox games on Fire TV devices without purchasing a game console.

And now Microsoft deepens the cooperation with Amazon and expands two more Fire TV devices again: the third-generation Fire TV Cube set-top box and the first-generation Amazon Fire TV 4K Max streaming stick.

Amazon Fire TV Cube

The current discounted price of the Amazon Fire TV Cube is $109.99 (TapTechNews note: currently about 784 RMB), which is a set-top box that supports hands-free voice control through Amazon Alexa. It has an octa-core 2.0GHz processor and supports Wi-Fi 6E. It can stream movies and TV shows from thousands of applications at up to 4K resolution and supports Dolby Vision and Doby Atoms.

First-generation Fire TV 4K Max

Although Amazon no longer sells the first-generation version of the Fire TV 4K Max, its users can now also stream Xbox games. Currently, the Fire TV 4K Max has a $20 discount and drops to $39.99.
