FAW-Volkswagen's New Golf and GTI Versions to Be Launched in 2024

As a mid-term facelift version, the new car will optimize and upgrade some parts such as the appearance and interior decoration.
The headlight group of the new car adopts a angular design and is matched with a through-type LED daytime running light group; the front bumper shapes of the two models are quite different, the ordinary version adopts a horizontal three-strip design, and the GTI version is the classic honeycomb mesh design and is equipped with a five-point LED light group on both sides.
The taillight group of the new car adopts a blackened design. The styling adopts the same style as the headlight group. The ordinary version and the R-Line version use a hidden exhaust design, and the GTI version adopts a dual exhaust layout, and there is a GTI inscription in the middle of the trunk.
TapTechNews noticed that the sizes of the two models are slightly different. Among them, the length, width and height of the ordinary Golf are 4282/4289mm × 1788mm × 1479mm, and the GTI version is 4289 × 1788 × 1648mm, and the wheelbase is 2631mm.
In terms of configuration, the new car can choose a variety of different styles of front and rear bumpers, wheel rim shapes, caliper styles, sunroofs, millimeter-wave radars, etc.
For the power aspect, the ordinary version of the vehicle will be equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 118 kilowatts; the GTI version is equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 162 kilowatts.
