Photos Appearing After iOS17.5 Update A Privacy Concern

Reddit users reported that in September 2023, they erased all the information on the iPad according to the official guidance document of Apple and sold it to a friend.
This friend upgraded the iPad to iPadOS17.5 this week and then found the old photos of this Reddit user in the album.

The affected iPad is the fourth-generation 12.9-inch iPadPro, which has been upgraded to the latest operating system update and was deleted according to the instructions of Apple before being sold.
This Reddit user said that they did not re-login at any time after deleting the iPad, so it is completely unclear how their old photos reappeared on the device.
