Cainiao Express Launches Fresh and Affordable Shipping Service

TapTechNews May 17 news, Cainiao Express recently announced the launch of the 'fresh and affordable shipping' service, claiming to be 'delivered within 48 hours' and 'estimated to be half cheaper than air transport'.

Currently, Cainiao Express has opened services for cherry production areas in Luoyang, lychee production areas in Guangzhou, lychee production areas in Shenzhen, lychee/longan production areas in Zhanjiang/Maoming, and lychee production areas in Dongguan. The related services will cover other fruit and fresh produce main production areas across the country.

TapTechNews learned that at the 2023 Global Smart Logistics Summit, Cainiao Group announced the launch of its own quality express delivery service - Cainiao Express. It is reported that Cainiao Express has upgraded from serving Tmall supermarket's delivery business to a national express network, featuring quality express services such as half-day delivery, same-day delivery, next-day delivery, and home delivery.

Cainiao Express provides five 100% commitments in nearly three hundred cities nationwide, including late delivery compensation, breakage compensation, compensation for failed delivery attempts, interception and destination changes during transit, etc.
