Previously, a Korean media asked whether 'Honor of Kings' has launched special heroes with background stories for many countries, and whether there are plans to launch Korean heroes in the future?
In response, Henry Li, the localization manager of 'Honor of Kings', replied that the project team is currently planning other hero candidates and plans to create new heroes based on the historical and cultural background of the game's release regions.
It is worth noting that although 'Honor of Kings' cannot achieve global servers for both Chinese and foreign players, Tencent announced that players who previously had Chinese server accounts can authorize data migration after logging into the international version, and the system will allow players to inherit some of the progress of the Chinese server account in the form of 'old friend benefits', such as Chinese server heroes, companion skins, noble levels, level-exclusive skins, hero proficiency and other data.
In addition, 'Honor of Kings' also supports Simplified Chinese, and even provides WeChat/QQ login entrances for overseas players, facilitating the play of Chinese living overseas and international students.
