LG Launches New LGCineBeamQ Projector with 360° Handle and Built-in Speaker

TapTechNews May 13th news, according to LG Computer Digital Technology official Weibo, the new projector LGCineBeamQ will be officially launched on May 16th. The product comes with a 360° handle, supports automatic screen adjustment, and is priced at 8999 yuan (~$1250), with an initial limited time offer of 7999 yuan (~$1110).

TapTechNews reminds: e-commerce platforms show that the product will be available for pre-sale from May 16th 00:00 to May 22nd 19:30.

The projector measures 135/135/80mm and features a 360° rotating handle, allowing projection of audiovisual content on walls, screens, ceilings, etc. It has a contrast ratio of 450000:1, built-in home UI based on webOS, supports Apple AirPlay screen sharing, and a built-in 3W speaker. The projector supports dual audio output through Bluetooth pairing with two devices simultaneously.

In terms of interfaces, it has HDMI, USB Type-C interfaces to support 4K30Hz through connection to external devices, but does not support HDR. The projector does not have a built-in battery and needs to be powered by a power cord or external battery during operation.

It uses 3-channel RGB laser technology, providing a 154% DCI-P3 (overall) color gamut, projecting a 4K 120-inch size with 500 ANSI lumens brightness. Additionally, it automatically adjusts screen alignment and optimizes focus when placed, saving users the time to adjust settings.
