These projects are part of the 2047 Vision plan proposed by the Indian Space Research Organization.

The Indian Space Research Organization will strive to carry out the Venus landing mission in March 2028 - when the distance between the Earth and Venus is the closest, which will be the second planetary exploration mission after the Mars Orbiter Mission in 2014. The orbiter orbiting the planet will study the surface of Venus, dust and clouds, volcanic activity, atmosphere and ionosphere, and the interaction between Venus and the Sun.

The Chandrayaan-4 mission will perform docking and undocking, that is, two spacecraft align and approach in orbit, which is a new mission that India has not tried so far. At the same time, India plans to send humans to the moon by 2040.

The Indian Cabinet also approved the continuation of the Gaganyaan mission and the establishment of an Indian national space station. At the same time, the task of building the next-generation launch vehicle has also been approved by the Indian Cabinet this time.

TapTechNews learned that this task will increase the launch capacity of the Indian Space Research Organization from the current 10-ton class low Earth orbit launch vehicle to 30-ton class low Earth orbit launch vehicle, which is one of the necessary conditions for establishing an Indian national space station. This project will take 96 months, and the first launch will be carried out after 7 years.
