AMD to Reveal Zen5 Processor Architecture at Computex 2024

TapTechNews May 21st, according to the AMD official preview, Lisa Su will announce information about the next-generation Zen5 processor architecture at the Taipei Computer Show (Computex 2024).

In fact, as early as February this year, TAITRA had already announced that AMD CEO Lisa Su would give a keynote speech before the start of the exhibition, but the specific topic was not mentioned at that time.

The AMD official website shows that all the content of this speech is related to AI and high-performance PCs, including the next-generation high-performance PC, data center and AI solutions, which indirectly confirms the existence of the Zen5 architecture and the new-generation AMD XDNA AI accelerator.

According to the currently known information, AMD is expected to launch the desktop version of the Zen5 processor Granite Ridge series (most likely still named Ryzen 9000) and the mobile processor of the Ryzen AI 100 series (new naming) with the code name StrixPoint this year.
