Gree's New Energy Station Project Launched in Xuzhou, Future Plans Revealed

TapTechNews September 29th news, the launch ceremony of the Fengchehui Gree New Energy Station and Gree New Energy Management System Demonstration Project was held in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province on September 27th. Wang Jianfeng, the deputy secretary of the Xuzhou Municipal Party Committee and the mayor, and Dong Mingzhu, the chairman and president of Gree Electric Appliances, etc. attended the ceremony.

According to Gree's official introduction, this Fengchehui Gree New Energy Station project is built by Zhejiang Gree New Energy Co., Ltd., and it is Gree's first new energy station and new energy management system demonstration project.

After the project is completed and operates, it will provide power guarantee for the Fengchehui New Energy Automobile Industrial Park. It is expected to achieve an annual power generation of about 6.816 million kilowatt-hours, reduce 2,078.2 tons of standard coal annually, reduce 5,670.9 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, and save 25 million yuan in electricity consumption in the 25-year full cycle, providing a solution for the park to achieve the zero-carbon goal.

Ye Fei, the general manager of Gree New Energy Co., Ltd. said, Gree New Energy plans to widely layout new energy stations across the country from 2024 to 2027.
