This document requires that the Mijia Xiaomi electric fan involved in this case shall no longer be manufactured and sold, and the infringer pays 1.85 million Chinese yuan ($265,000) to Gree Electric Appliances.

The official of Gree Electric Appliances also said: Gree Electric Appliances warns all infringing entities to immediately stop the production and sale of infringing products, otherwise our company will take legal measures to firmly safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests.

The product named Mijia Xiaomi electric fan BPTS01DM is the Mijia DC inverter tower fan, which was released in 2020 and supports 150° wide-angle air supply, with a retail price of 349 Chinese yuan ($50).
