Windows Updates Cause English Right-Click Menu on Non-English Systems

TapTechNews July 3rd news, the tech media borncity released a blog post today, stating that after installing the June update KB5039217 for Windows Server 2019, Windows 10 version 1809, and Windows 10 2019 LTSC, the English right-click menu appears on non-English systems.

Microsoft released the KB5039217 security update for Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 version 1809 in the Patch Tuesday event on June 11th this year. Users reported that after installation, in system languages such as German, French, and Italian, the right-click menu options became in English. TapTechNews attached an example picture as follows. The media stated that after installing the KB5039217 cumulative update for the German version of Windows 10 2019 LTSC, the right-click menu also appeared in the English version.
