In addition, many students hope to get the help of senior schoolmates when looking for a job, so they will look for a 'Bole' in the company as a channel for resume delivery.

This kind of demand in job hunting is exploited by some job-hunting agencies/public accounts/individuals, promoting paid internal referral or asking students to complete the specified tasks to be internal referred, and promising that 【internal referral】 can obtain an advantage in the process or there are special people who can promote the process, using 【internal referral】 as an illegal tool for profiteering, but in fact students do not get any help at all.
