For the high-resolution music players within the scope of this recall, when the high gain output is turned on and the volume is adjusted to the maximum, it does not meet the requirements of the GB4943.1-2022 standard. If it is used at the highest volume for a long time, in extreme cases, it may affect hearing. (GB4943.1-2022 is a Chinese national standard.)

Sony (China) Co., Ltd. will carry out the recall of defective products in the form of free software upgrade for consumers through Sony's authorized service stations to eliminate potential safety hazards.
