Many Zeekr users have reported that a video about a Zeekr 22 model Zeekr 001 not being able to open the door from the inside is circulating on the Internet. After investigation, this user encountered the situation that the door could not be opened from the inside of the car after the electronic lock was unlocked on May 24th.

After the vehicle arrived at the store, we found that the internal mechanical unlock function was normal. In order to completely eliminate the hidden danger, when it was necessary to further check the electronic unlock function, the user did not accept the disassemble inspection, so the truth of the matter could not be accurately confirmed.

The Zeekr 001 vehicle is also designed with a mechanical unlock function in addition to the electronic unlock. As long as the inner door handle is pulled to the bottom and the door is pushed simultaneously, the mechanical unlock and opening can be triggered. Whether it is an electric automatic door or a manual door, the inner mechanical handle can be pulled to the bottom to open the door.
