ZALMAN Launches P50DS Mid-Tower ATX Case

TapTechNews, May 27. Recently, ZALMAN (formerly known as Sammi) has launched the P50DS mid-tower ATX case.

The case is available in black and white colors, adopts a 270° ocean view design, supports back-mounted motherboards, and has a dual ventilation area design at the front and rear on the right side, and a monitoring screen on the lower left side that can display the CPU temperature, GPU temperature, and time.

The dimensions of the P50DS case are 240 * 180 * 512 (inches), and it supports a CPU cooler up to 178 (mm) and a power supply up to 225 (mm) in length.

In the back of the P50DS case, there are 2 3.5/2.5-inch combo hard drive bays and 2 2.5-inch hard drive bays, and there is also a 2.5-inch hard drive bay in the power supply compartment.

The P50DS case includes 7 PCIe expansion slots and can install a graphics card up to 435 (mm) in length. In addition, this case supports vertical installation of the graphics card and comes with a graphics card bracket.

The ZALMAN P50DS case includes 10 fan positions, and the specific cooling support is sorted out by TapTechNews as follows:

Top: Supports 3 120mm or 2 140mm fans, and is compatible with 360/280 liquid coolers;

Motherboard side: Supports 3 120mm fans, and is compatible with 360 liquid coolers;

Above the power supply compartment: Supports 3 120mm fans or 2 140mm fans;

Tail: Supports 1 120mm or 1 140mm fan, and is compatible with 120/140 liquid coolers.

In the fan position on the motherboard side of the P50DS case, 3 ZM-AF120R ARGB reverse-blade fans are pre-installed. This fan is of the 12026 specification, equipped with a hydraulic bearing, and the rotation speed range is 600 to 1500 RPM, and the maximum air volume is 46.6 CFM.

In addition, 1 ZM-AF120 ARGB fan is also pre-installed at the tail of the case. This fan is also of the 12026 specification, equipped with a hydraulic bearing, and the rotation speed range is 600 to 1500 RPM, and the maximum air volume is 53.72 CFM.

The IO panel of the ZALMAN P50DS case is located at the bottom of the front, including 2 USB3.0 Type-A interfaces, 1 USB Type-C interface, and 1 3.5mm two-in-one audio jack.
