According to the introduction, Huawei's HarmonyOS NEXT can achieve a 30% improvement in overall machine performance (TapTechNews note: Huawei's goal is to increase by 20-30% every year) and a 20% reduction in power consumption, which exceeds the upgrade of the chip by two generations of the process.
