In the recruitment notice, Ubisoft mentioned: Work with the creative director and other core team members to jointly define the game and unify your vision. Follow up on the post-release functions to improve, add or remove components; interpret the data to guide decisions.

The mention of post-release update in the recruitment notice implies that this is a new game, rather than a content update for the existing game. In addition, the team is also recruiting a product manager (marketing direction) for the For Honor project, obviously preparing for the promotion of the new game.
