The New Generation of Brilliance BMW X3 Long-Wheelbase Version to Debut at 2024 Chengdu Auto Show

TapTechNews August 9th news, in the Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products (Batch 386), the new generation X3 long-wheelbase version model of Brilliance BMW made its debut.

As a new-generation model, the new car adopts a brand-new design language. The iconic double-kidney grille adopts an irregular shape, appearing more domineering, and the interior is decorated with vertical and diagonal trim strips. The car has increased by 110mm on the basis of the standard wheelbase version to 2975mm, which is the same as the BMW X5 standard wheelbase version.

The new car measures 4865/1920/1664mm in length, width and height respectively, and the wheelbase is 2975mm. In terms of power, the car is equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine, with a maximum power of up to 211kW. In terms of transmission, it is matched with an 8-speed automatic manual transmission.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, Brilliance BMW released the official exterior and interior pictures of the new car some time ago. The new car is equipped with the latest-generation operating system and the unique integrated suspended curved surface screen, combined with the surround-type interactive light band to create a simple, suspended and highly technological cockpit atmosphere. In addition, the addition of the panoramic star-track skylight provides occupants with a wider field of vision and a sense of spaciousness, and can change colors according to different driving theme modes (MyModes).

It is worth noting that the new car is expected to be officially unveiled at the 2024 Chengdu Auto Show which opens on August 30.
