BenQ Launches Mobius MOBIUZEX381U Gaming Monitor with Impressive Features

TapTechNews August 6th news, according to foreign media DisplaySpecfications, BenQ launched the Mobius MOBIUZEX381U gaming monitor on its overseas official website at local time August 5th.

The MOBIUZEX381U is equipped with a 37.5-inch (38-inch) 3840×2160 resolution 144Hz IPS panel with a GtG response time of 1ms and has passed the AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification.

The monitor has a typical brightness value of 350 nits and a peak of 600 nits, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, and complies with the VESA Display HDR600 specification. It supports 8-bit color depth, and the color gamut covers 98% DCI-P3 and has passed the German Rheinland TÜV low blue light (software) and flicker-free certifications.

BenQ has equipped the MOBIUZEX381U monitor with rich functions, and TapTechNews sorts out some of them as follows:

Gamer-ExperiencedColor, which can adjust the color display according to the game type;

ShadowPhage, which optimizes the display contrast in real time through the AI algorithm;

BrightnessIntelligencePlus (B.I.+) Gen2, which can automatically adjust the monitor brightness and color temperature according to the ambient light conditions.

In terms of interfaces, the EX381U supports the KVM switching function and is equipped with one HDMI2.1 interface that supports eARC, two regular HDMI2.1 interfaces, one DP1.4 interface, and one full-featured USB Type-C interface that supports 90W power supply;

In addition, it also includes one USB Type-C 5Gbps upstream interface, three USB Type-A 5Gbps downstream interfaces that support 4.5W power supply, and one USB Type-C 5Gbps downstream interface that supports 7.5W power supply.

Not only that, the EX381U, like the previously released EX321UX, has a built-in ESS DAC audio decoding chip and supports 7.1 channels.
