TapTechNews learned from the official introduction that Di Space is an immersive popular science space integrating automotive culture, design, technology and experience specially created by BYD for all people. Located in the core commercial area of Erqi District, Zhengzhou City, it is renovated from the original Jinboda City. The whole building has four floors with an area of about 15,000 square meters, including a 7,000-square-meter popular science exhibition hall, a 4,000-square-meter sales exhibition hall and a 4,000-square-meter functional area. The Di Space Square covers an area of 8,500 square meters, equipped with a 260-square-meter naked-eye 3D folded-angle screen.
The first floor is the brand culture space. Through the exhibition items such as the Energy Ring Theater, the History of Power, the Letter from Qian Xuesen, the Energy Crisis, the Energy Garden, and the Rise of New Energy, the evolution process of the energy of human transportation tools and the rise of China's new energy vehicles are presented.
The second floor is the intelligent manufacturing space. The intelligent manufacturing space is divided into two major exhibition areas: the beauty of design and the power of engineering. The beauty of design exhibition area includes parts such as the beginning of a line, the infinite possibilities of design, all things and mountains and rivers have colors, visible and invisible. The power of engineering exhibition area covers links such as engineering realization, experimental testing, and production manufacturing, showing the complete process from a line to a car.
The third floor is the innovative technology space, and a 360-square-meter multi-function hall is also equipped. The innovative technology space has five technical themes: safe electric, efficient electric, ultimate hybrid, intelligent travel, and beyond the ultimate.
The fourth floor is the scientific and technological exploration space, and in the future, four theme areas such as research classrooms, popular science interactions, handicraft experiences, and shared conference rooms will be planned.
