Compared to traditional air-cooling, immersion liquid-cooling has better heat dissipation capabilities in the data center field, and also has the advantages of low cooling energy consumption, low noise, low vibration, and low humidity variation, and has become one of the new trends in data center cooling.

The surface coating of SMARTModular's immersion liquid-cooled server memory sticks can not only protect the sensitive electronic components on the memory sticks from the threat of corrosion and oxidation and extend the service life of the memory sticks, but also protect the integrity of the memory labels and facilitate operation and maintenance identification, improving the lifespan of the memory sticks as a whole.
