This solid-state drive is specifically designed for 1U edge servers, adopts the emerging EDSFF E1.S interface, and has a thickness of 9.5 mm (about 0.37 inches), supporting a working temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.

ATP's N651Si series solid-state drives support the PCIe 4.0×4 interface and NVMe 1.4 protocol, and are equipped with 176-layer 3D TLC NAND chips with a particle capacity of 512 Gb.

In terms of speed, the sequential read and write of N651Si solid-state drives can reach 6100/6000 MB/s, and the random read and write can reach 870K/1200K IOPS.

The capacity of ATP N651Si solid-state drives ranges from 960 GB to 7.68 TB and has a durability of 1 DWPD within 5 years (TapTechNews note: the number of full-disk writes per day). Even if the erase cycle has reached 100% P/E, the data can still be saved for one year at 55°C.

In addition, this solid-state drive is equipped with a hardware + firmware power failure protection scheme, and sudden power outages during use will not cause data loss or damage.
