BlackmagicDesign Launches Android Version of BlackmagicCamera

TapTechNews June 24th news, BlackmagicDesign today announced the launch of Android version of BlackmagicCamera, adding digital film functions and controls for Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones.

BlackmagicCamera application adopts the same operation interface as BlackmagicDesign cameras, which can provide an operation experience similar to that of professional-level digital film cameras. Users can adjust settings such as frame rate, shutter angle, white balance and ISO in the application, and can also directly record to BlackmagicCloud in industry standard file formats, up to 8K.

The Android version of BlackmagicCamera is compatible with Samsung Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, S23 Ultra or S24, S24 Plus, S24 Ultra and Google Pixel 7, 7a, 7Pro, 8 and 8Pro phones. BlackmagicCamera is now available for free download through Google Play.
