Currently, his personal homepage on Weibo shows 'no content for now'.

Regarding this, today Wang Hua, the general manager of the public relations department of Xiaomi, posted on Weibo to refute the rumor. Wang Hua said, Jin Fan is in seclusion. I asked him and he set his Weibo to be visible for half a year before. He will talk to everyone again when he comes out of seclusion this year.

TapTechNews noticed that the official public account of Fast Application Ecosystem showed on August 1 that Jin Fan will participate as a specially invited guest, vice president of the mobile phone department of Xiaomi Group in the Fast Application Developer Conference 2024 held on August 8.

Public information shows that Jin Fan joined Xiaomi in 2011 and participated in the design and optimization of each core module and business of MIUI. In 2019, Jin Fan was appointed as the general manager of Xiaomi Internet Department One; at the end of the same year, he participated in the Xiaomi AIO T project and was fully responsible for the formulation of the relevant full-scenario experience strategy.
