According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission for Planning and Natural Resources disclosed on July 25th, the industrial project of Plot 0106 in Block YZ00-0606 of Yizhuang New City was sold for about 842 million yuan, and the bid winner was Xiaomi Jingxi Technology Co., Ltd. under Xiaomi Communication Technology, and the land is located on the east side of the Xiaomi car factory.

TapTechNews noticed that the listing document shows that this industrial land is planned to be used for the construction of new energy intelligent connected vehicle and parts manufacturing projects, the fixed asset investment is not less than 2.6 billion yuan, and the annual output value after reaching production capacity is not less than 16 billion yuan.
