TapTechNews May 27th, according to Goode-Reader, the e-book brand PocketBook has been seeking to reach an important deal in the past year, that is, to become the major shareholder and co-owner of Bigme, which is the first major merger and acquisition since PocketBook started to launch e-book products in 2012.
It is introduced that PocketBook will also actively participate in the product development of both parties, including the cross-sharing of the R & D team. The two sides have previously cooperated to launch the PocketBook InkPad Eo e-reader.
