AMD Ryzen 9000 X3D CPU Offers Comprehensive Overclocking Support

TapTechNews June 29 news, AMD's Ryzen X3D processors launched in the past two generations are regarded as one of the best gaming processors on the market, and can have performance close to or even far exceeding(beyond) the flagship CPU in most online games, but these two generations of X3D processors do not support official overclocking.

Wccftech reported that the AMD Ryzen 9000 X3D CPU can provide comprehensive overclocking support, which is also the first time AMD's Ryzen X3D chip supports official overclocking.

According to Wccftech, AMD Ryzen 9000 series CPUs have lower temperature and power consumption, and the DDR5 overclocking performance is greatly enhanced, and players can still continue to use the previous DDR5-6000 memory, but the upper limit of its memory frequency will be increased to 6400 MT/s, while maintaining a 1:1 FCLK to MCLK ratio.

The series of processors will also support up to 8000 MT/s of EXPO memory in a 4-DIMM mode in a 1:2 ratio. In addition, some motherboard manufacturers are already developing memory support for 9000 MT/s or even 10000 MT/s. For more details, see TapTechNews' previous reports.
