GAC AION Establishes Network Complaint Center

According to TapTechNews on June 14th, GAC AION officially announced today that in order to implement the Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content, respond to the Clear and Clean series of special actions of the Central Cyberspace Administration, and safeguard the corporate brand image and legitimate rights and interests, as of now, the GAC AION Network Complaint Center is officially established.

GAC AION stated: In response to the network information infringement and situations affecting the corporate brand image that have occurred in recent years, the GAC AION Network Complaint Center will accept the complaints and reports from netizens, collect illegal and compliant clues and evidence against GAC AION such as insult, slander, false rumors, and malicious smear, and severely crack down on network infringement. For the reported clues or evidence that are verified to be true, effective, legally sourced, and recognized by the judicial authorities through the network complaint center, we will give a reward of up to 1 million Chinese yuan (about $143,000) according to the value of the clues or evidence. The GAC AION Network Complaint Center will strictly keep the personal information of the reporter confidential.

2. Accepted content scope:

(1) Maliciously collecting negative information or fabricating false or misleading information, exaggerating and uglifying, inciting resistance against GAC AION; Slandering the company's operation, brand image, product technology, company management or entrepreneur image; Taking quotes out of context, using network hotspots to incite or encourage social emotions to be hostile towards the enterprise;

(2) Maliciously collecting or fabricating negative information about GAC AION, seeking illegal benefits, and after publishing negative reports and comments about GAC AION and entrepreneurs, demanding property or conducting business cooperation in the name of deleting posts and eliminating impacts;

(3) Recruiting online black PR under the names of online part-time jobs, hiring writers, marketing, negative public opinion PR, paid post deletion, etc. to造谣, slander, and insult GAC AION products, users or corporate employees, and damaging business reputation;

(4) Opportunistically marketing by hyping up enterprise-related hot events, releasing a large number of false information intensively through cross-platform multiple accounts, maliciously attacking GAC AION and its employees, creating information traps, and attracting fans and profiting without bottom line;

(5) Fabricating personal life topics of GAC AION enterprise employees and hyping up personal privacy of enterprise employees;

(6) Other behaviors that damage the GAC AION brand image, goodwill, affect and disrupt the enterprise's production and operation, or smear the reputation of enterprise employees.
