TapTechNews learned that currently this driver still cannot make the SteamDeck OLED handheld achieve perfect compatibility under Windows 11. Although there is an audio driver, the built-in speaker of the handheld still cannot work properly, and players can currently only use wired headphones and Bluetooth headphones for external playback in the Windows 11 environment.

In addition, the dual-boot function of Win11 and SteamOS is still not available on the SteamDeck OLED handheld. If players want to install Win11, they must completely delete SteamOS.

The SteamDeck OLED was released in November 2023. This machine mainly replaces the 7.4-inch 90Hz OLED screen on the basis of the original SteamDeck, and at the same time increases the battery capacity to 50 watt-hours (previously 40 watt-hours), and also replaces the more efficient 6nm AMD Sephiroth APU (previously 7nm Aerith) and 6400 MT/s memory (previously 5500 MT/s).
