According to Microsoft, TeamCopilot mainly has the following three functions, including:

Meeting host: Make discussions more productive by managing the agenda and creating publicly editable meeting notes for everyone.

Team collaborator: TeamCopilot can help everyone make better use of the chat function, discover important information, track action items and solve outstanding problems.

Project manager: TeamCopilot ensures the smooth running of each project by creating and assigning tasks, tracking deadlines and alerting team members when their input is needed.

Microsoft said that these functions will be launched in preview version to customers with a Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 license in late 2024.

Automate long-running business processes.

Reason based on operations and user input.

Use memory to introduce context.

Learn based on user feedback.

Of course, these functions in CopilotStudio are still in the early access stage, and Microsoft is preparing to widely push in late 2024.
