'Splatoon 3' Regular Updates to End, But Some Events to Continue

Since its launch, Nintendo has regularly released updates for the game, adding new weapons, gameplay, etc.

The official Splatoon North America X account announced today that the regular updates of the 'Splatoon 3' game are about to end. However, events such as Splatoween, FrostyFest, SpringFest, and SummerNights will continue to return. In addition, updates regarding weapon adjustments will be released as needed.

'Splatoon 3' is the first game in the series to support the Chinese language. It was first publicly announced at the 'Nintendo Direct 2022.2.18' held on February 18, 2022, and was globally released simultaneously on the Switch platform on September 9 of the same year. In the game, players will engage in 4-on-4 team battles and aim to cover the largest area with ink or occupy the most territory within a 3-minute time limit.
