League of Legends Summoner ID System Upgraded with Free Name Change Activity

In order to provide a better gaming experience for summoners, the official launched a comprehensive upgrade of the League of Legends summoner ID system in December 2023. As of the announcement on May 20th, the summoner ID system has completed all upgrade plans.

At present, the format of all summoner IDs has changed from the original [Summoner ID] to the form of [Summoner ID]# [Digital ID]. For example, in the '皮城警备' region, 'Summoner Xiaoming' has become 'Summoner Xiaoming#16604' after the upgrade, as shown in the following figure.
