Chery Adds '1.5T Manual Trendy Edition' to Tiggo 8 SUV with Options and Features

TapTechNews August 6th news, Chery Automobile today added a 1.5T Manual Trendy Edition for its Tiggo 8 SUV model, offering 5-seat and 7-seat versions as options, with the guided prices being $19,500 and $19,800 respectively.

In the cockpit aspect, the 1.5T Manual Trendy Edition of Tiggo 8 adopts a configuration of 10.25-inch floating central control screen + 7-inch liquid crystal instrument, equipped with 4 speakers, and supports Apple CarPlay/Baidu CarLife mobile phone vehicle connection. But compared to the standard manual version (manual advanced version), it has added a leather steering wheel and keyless entry for the front row, but lacks configurations such as automatic air conditioning, LED headlights, panoramic imaging, and front seat heating.

In terms of specifications, TapTechNews learned that the vehicle has a length, width, and height of 18504x7323x6878 inches (approx.) and a wheelbase of 8937 inches (approx.), equipped with a 1.5T engine, with a maximum power of 150 horsepower and a peak torque of 169 lb-ft, and the transmission system is matched with a 6-speed manual transmission.
