Dynatron Releases Compact 30mm Down-Blow Air-Cooled Radiator Q4 for Intel LGA1700

TapTechNews August 14th news, according to Japanese media Gdm, the cooling equipment manufacturer Dynatron conveyed that TechToday has launched a下压式 air-cooled radiator Q4 with a height of only 30mm. (下压式 means down-blow type)

Dynatron Q4 is only compatible with the Intel LGA1700 platform and is specially designed for 1.5U height servers. It is equipped with 2 heat pipes, a copper base and aluminum fins, and a 92mm diameter and 12mm thick double ball bearing fan.

The PWM fan has a maximum speed of 3200 RPM. TapTechNews sorted out the airflow parameters at each duty cycle as follows:

0-20% duty cycle: speed 800 RPM, air volume 9.88 CFM, static pressure 0.28 inches of water, noise 22.3 db(A);

50% duty cycle: speed 1900 RPM, air volume 21.38 CFM, static pressure 1.22 inches of water, noise 26.1 db(A);

100% duty cycle: speed 3200 RPM, air volume 35.78 CFM, static pressure 3.21 inches of water, noise 36.2 db(A).

Dynatron Q4 air-cooled radiator has a service life of 70,000 hours and has a115 watts of cooling capacity at an ambient temperature of 30°C, and comes standard with Shin-Etsu X-23-7762 with a thermal conductivity of 4-6 watts per meter-Kelvin (varies depending on the application method) or an equivalent thermal paste.
