Wuyang-Honda Reaches 20 Million Units in Cumulative Production

TapTechNews July 1st news, on June 28, 2024, Wuyang-Honda held a ceremony for the cumulative production of 20 million units to roll off the assembly line.

Wuyang-Honda Motorcycle (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and jointly invested by Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Honda R & D Co., Ltd. and Honda R & D (China) Investment Co., Ltd. Currently, it has product lines such as motorcycles, electric motorcycles, and electric bicycles.

Wuyang-Honda integrates R & D, manufacturing and sales, and claims to be one of the most large-scale motorcycle manufacturing enterprises in China. The company's factory covers an area of 320,000 square meters and the building area is 108,000 square meters, with a production capacity of more than 1 million units.

TapTechNews found out that Wuyang-Honda announced the off-line of the 1000th million vehicle in 2013, and now 11 years later, it has achieved another 10 million off-line.
