TapTechNews June 2nd, Jeff Ross, the game director of Days Gone who has already left Sony, once again posted on social media to respond to players' expectations for the sequel of Days Gone, stating that the game sequel will never happen (will never happen).

A lot of people are still asking me if there will be a sequel of Days Gone, so I sent out this poster as evidence that it will never exist. People like Hermen (TapTechNews note: SIE Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO Hermen Hulst) have never been fans of Sony's senior management, so you won't hear about sequel news on PlayStation State of Play today or in the future.

TapTechNews note: Days Gone is a survival horror game developed by Sony Bend Studio and launched on the PlayStation 4 game console in 2019 and on the PC platform in 2021.

Last May, Jeff Ross once posted that if the project hadn't been cancelled, Days Gone 2 should have been released a month ago.
