BYD Opens Flagship Store in Dubai, Yangwang U8 to Debut in 2025

TapTechNews September 15th news, on September 12th local time, BYD and its partner Al-Futtaim held the opening ceremony of BYD's flagship store on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.

The flagship store on Sheikh Zayed Road covers an area of more than 1100 square meters (about 11840 square feet) and has more than 50 exclusive parking spaces. It is divided into several functional areas such as a new energy vehicle display area, a technical experience area, a customer lounge area, and a professional sales negotiation area.

The BYD Yangwang U8 made its appearance at the opening ceremony. The official said that the Yangwang U8 will be officially launched in the UAE market in 2025.

TapTechNews learned that BYD has launched 5 new energy vehicle models in the UAE, including three pure electric models: Yuan PLUS, Seal, and Han; as well as two hybrid models: Qin PLUS DM-i and Song PLUS DM-i.

In the UAE, BYD will also open new stores in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah by the end of the year.
