After 9 years, the official website of ArcheAge on the Chinese mainland announced that due to the expiration of the agency agreement between Tencent and the game developer of ArcheAge, and after friendly negotiation with the developer, Tencent will officially stop the operation of ArcheAge in the Chinese mainland at 11 am on September 5, 2024.
At 11 am on June 6, 2024, game recharge will be stopped, new user registration will be stopped, and game download will be stopped;
At 11 am on September 5, 2024, the official game operation will be stopped, the game server will be shut down, the game official website will be closed, and users will not be able to log in to the game;
At 11 am on September 13, 2024, the forum and exclusive customer service will be closed.
Users who have purchased ArcheAge products before 11 am on June 6, 2024 and have tokens remaining in their accounts can enter the compensation page during the compensation activities to receive relevant gift packs of games such as Dungeon & Fighter, League of Legends, Cross Fire, Moonlight Blade, Path of Exile, and Xuanyuan Legend: Genesis according to their account balances. The rules for receiving are as follows:
1. If the balance is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 100, receive a 10-dollar value gift pack (i.e.,Tier A gift pack);
2. If the balance is greater than 100 and less than or equal to 1000, receive a 100-dollar value gift pack (i.e., Tier B gift pack);
3. If the balance is greater than 1000 and less than or equal to 5000, receive a 500-dollar value gift pack (i.e., Tier C gift pack);
4. If the balance is greater than 5000, the number of gift packs received = the number obtained by rounding up the number of the account balance divided by 5000, that is, rounding up the decimal + 1; for example, if the user's account balance is 6000, then the gift packs he can receive are 2 (1.2 upgraded to 2) 500-dollar value gift packs.
