Mitsubishi Electric's Robot Sets New Guinness Record for Rubik's Cube Restoration

The robot can instantly distinguish red and orange blocks with similar colors with the help of AI, and can analyze the rotation program to restore the Rubik's cube in the least steps. The time for the robot to restore the Rubik's cube is only 0.305 seconds, refreshing the record previously set by American researchers by a margin of 0.075 seconds. According to Kyodo News, the R & D personnel involved in the development of this robot said that they will use the experience obtained from this development to improve the machine performance and promote the ITization and energy saving of the factory.
