X Company to Close San Francisco Flagship Office and Relocate Employees

TapTechNews August 6th news, The New York Times released a report yesterday (August 5th), disclosing an internal letter from CEO Linda Yaccarino, indicating that the San Francisco flagship office will be closed and relevant employees will be relocated.

TapTechNews quoted the media report that Company X will close its flagship office headquarters in San Francisco in the next few weeks, and relevant employees will move to the existing office in San Jose.

According to the email, X will also open an engineering office in Palo Alto and share the office with Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI.

Yaccarino said in this internal new: This is an important decision that will affect many of you, but in the long run, it is the right decision for our company.

Musk announced on the X platform in July this year that he will move the headquarters of X and SpaceX under him from California to Texas. One of the important reasons is a new California law that prohibits schools from making transgender notification requirements.

The media believes that the conflict between Musk and the leaders in California is difficult to reconcile, so he decided to move the X headquarters to Texas.
