2024 Volkswagen Magotan Model Update New Features and Specifications

For reference, the current Magotan on sale has a price range of 186,900 yuan to 253,900 yuan ($26,702 to $36,363).

As a new-generation product, the 2024 Magotan model has a redesigned appearance and interior. It is said to be equipped with DJI's newly released intelligent driving solution. At the same time, it adopts a new type of matrix LED headlights with a luminous logo, and a camera is also equipped on the underside of the front logo. At the rear part of the new Magotan, a through-type taillight group is used, and a luminous tail logo and a hidden exhaust layout are equipped.

In the cockpit, the new car is equipped with a 10.25-inch LCD combination instrument + 15-inch central control screen + 11.6-inch passenger display. It is equipped with a vehicle-mounted system using the Qualcomm 8155 chip. In addition, the car is also equipped with a head-up display system, 30-color ambient light adjustment, Harman Kardon sound system and other configurations. The AI voice solution of iFLYTEK supports the wake-up sound area of the main/deputy driver, and continuous conversation within 20 seconds.

In terms of specifications, TapTechNews learned that the new car has a length, width and height of 4990x1854x1487 mm (196.5x73x58.5 in) respectively, and the wheelbase is 2871 mm (112.2 in). On the basis of the previous 2.0T engine version, a 1.5T engine version is added. The maximum power of the 2.0T engine is 162 kW (220 HP), and the maximum power of the 1.5T engine is 118 kW (160 HP).
