Xbox to Release Several High-profile Games in 2025

TapTechNews June 21 - According to today's report by Tech4Gamers, when asked about the company's plans for 2025 in the 'Strictly Business' podcast program, Matt Booty, the head of Xbox Game Studios, said that several 'high-profile' games will be released by then.

When asked if they were waiting for Rockstar to confirm the release date of 'GTA6', Matt Booty admitted that most teams would try to avoid colliding with 'GTA6' as it has 'No real competitor'.

Matt Booty also admitted that Microsoft needs to avoid 'competing with itself'. Due to having so many game plans to launch in 2025, it intends to make a 'eliable' release schedule to allow each work to'shine brightly' when it is released.

According to TapTechNews' earlier report today, the official Xbox X account of Microsoft announced that it will participate in the 2024 Gamescom in Cologne from August 21 to 25, and this year will be the largest booth of Xbox so far. The games officially announced to participate in the exhibition will include 'Age of Mythology: Retold', Obsidian's 'Avowed', 'Ara: The Unknown History', the new DLC 'Body of Hatred' of 'Diablo 4', 'Diablo: Immortal', 'The Elder Scrolls Online', 'Fallout 76', 'Towerborne', 'World of Warcraft: Battle for the Deep', and more.
