Among the consumer-grade memory parts equipped with CKD (clock driver), Biwin Storage will release a DDR5 CU-DIMM memory module with a maximum of 8800 MT/s.
The DDR5 CU-DIMM memory module of Biwin will cover two capacities of 16GB and 32GB, the transmission rate is 6400 ~ 8800 MT/s, and the timing is CL52 ~ CL64, and it can work at 0°C ~ +85°C.
On another emerging memory form factor LPDDR5 LPCAMM2, Biwin will also exhibit a super high-speed module of 9600 MT/s, and the capacity can reach up to 64GB.
Biwin will also exhibit a series of industrial-grade storage products, in addition to the PCIe 5.0 × 8 interface CXL 2.0 DRAM module in the EDSSFE3.S form factor.
