Samsung to Continue Repair Support via Samsungparts.com After iFixit Termination

For users who need our self-service repair program, we have now launched the SamsungParts.com website, which is supported by Encompass and includes Samsung-certified parts, tools, and repair guides, etc.

We are proud of our cooperation with iFixit. Currently, we cannot comment more on the details of the cooperation.
