TapTechNews June 5th news, GAC Group will release the Global Version model of Haobo HyperGT tomorrow. This car will support 800V high-voltage supercharging, and the cruising range can reach 440 miles (710 kilometers). It also supports mapless global navigation intelligent driving.

Judging from the exterior and interior pictures of the car released by the official, the Hyper GT adopts a coupe-style design, with a closed front face and slender headlight groups.

The side of the vehicle presents a coupe style with a slip-back shape. The body waistline extends to the rear of the narrow and long lamp group, presenting a sporty visual effect of a coupe car.

The interior part of the car adopts a simple design style. This car has previously conducted a large number of road tests in overseas countries such as Milan, Italy and Bangkok, Thailand, as well as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. Haobo HyperGT is built based on GAC's new AEP3.0 platform Xingling Architecture, positioned as a pure electric mid-size sedan, with length, width and height of 16060*7450*5730 inches (4880*1885*1455mm) respectively, and the wheelbase reaching 11520 inches (2920mm). This car adopts a rear-wheel drive single-motor system with a maximum output power of 340 horsepower (250kW) and a maximum torque of 3250 pound-feet (434 N·m), and the 0-60 mph acceleration takes 4.9 seconds.

This car supports high-voltage super-fast charging on the 800V platform. The official claims that charging for 15 minutes can add 280 miles (450 kilometers) of cruising range.

In February this year, GAC once launched a new model of the GT710 rear-wheel drive high-order intelligent driving 3L version with a price of $39,281 (259,900 yuan), equipped with a so-called industry full-configured three-laser radar scheme. The hardware supports the scenarios of disengaging hands, feet, and eyes, and supports 1200-degree environmental perception, centimeter-level point cloud imaging technology and infrared life protection. It is equipped with 12 cameras, 6 millimeter-wave radars and 1 infrared night vision camera.
